Objective Insurance provider MSIG Singapore wanted to drive its digital brand presence through social media. We were tasked to improve MSIG’s online visibility on social media, specifically via their Facebook and Twitter pages.
Solution We created content that not only showcased MSIG's products, but also curated lifestyle-centric content relevant to the brand. Engaging content such as product benefits, insurance-related articles, insurance infographics and timeline contests were first rolled out on their Twitter page and then continued on their Facebook page.
