The Ideal Candidate
  • You are a marketing professional with meaningful track record and experience in B2C and B2B environments from agency/consultant/vendor-side
  • You have strong commercial acumen and can uncover client opportunities where marketing and business challenges can be addressed with digital solutions
  • You are an excellent team player and have a sales leadership track record in managing a sales team
  • You have a consultative approach in solution-selling and can manage key client relationships with senior decision makers

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team in achieving overall revenue targets on a quarterly basis
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to manage the full cycle of the sales process from prospecting to deal close
  • Drive revenue generation and deliver significant value and customer success to our clients 
  • Focus on selling effectively to new strategic accounts 
  • Develop in-depth understanding of key client needs and guide the development of proposals based on key solutions identified
  • Lead account engagement strategies to build and optimize long term, sustainable and win-win relationships with clients
  • Lead key pitch presentations where appropriate

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 7 years professional sales experience in digital marketing, SaaS (Software as a Service) or service related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of skils, knowledge and abilities
  • Proven experience in successfully managing all stages of sales cycle, meeting/exceeding targets, plus strong selling and closing abilities
  • Highly motivated self-starter with natural leadership skills, thrive in performance-driven environment
  • Aptitude to coach and /or mentor the sales team for success
  • Proven track record in selling products and solutions to senior/C-Level executives

Xpointo is recruiting for a Digital Project Executive to join us. Reporting to the Technical Project Manager and as part of the tech team, the Digital Project Executive will provide project support and quality assurance testing to ensure client satisfaction and client deliverables are achieved.

  • You are a tech-savvy digital native and you have a passion for digital marketing and web technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all web projects are rigorously tested in accordance with functional and design requirements
  • Assist with the development and execution of test plans and procedures as part of the testing process
  • Document test cases and coordinate test case reviews and bug fixes with the tech team
