We are located in a conservation shophouse on Tanjong Pagar Road, in the historic district of Tanjong Pagar and Duxton Hill, within the Central Business District of Singapore.

In the mid-1980s, Tanjong Pagar became the first area in Singapore to be gazetted under the government's conservation plan. When the conservation project was completed, many of the area's shophouses were restored to their original appearance. Today, Tanjong Pagar/Duxton Hill is a prime corporate destination for boutique hedge funds, private equity and brokerage firms and a handful of startups, creative agencies and new media companies (like us).

We count trendy restaurants, bars, bistros, independent book stores, art café, high brow galleries, and low brow seedy karaoke bars as our neighbours in the conserved shophouses in the vicinity. We take our beer at The Toucan, sangria and tapas at Sabio, French bistro food at L'Entrecôte, pasta at Broth or Buko Nero, lunch in any of the nearby hawker centres including Maxwell, Tanjong Pagar, Amoy Street and Chinatown.
