Solution We revamped At-Sunrice’s digital experience by developing a digital communications and content strategy that works across its website and social media content. By identifying and understanding the various target audience and key personas, we tailored relevant content that led our audiences from various social media platforms to the Academy’s website.
With the aim to close the loop on student enrolment, we planned a content strategy that continues to drive top-of-mind awareness for potential students. We redesigned the user experience of the website to create a more intuitive user flow that allows for easy access to relevant information.
To facilitate At-Sunrice’s internal marketing and recruitment efforts, we designed a flexible content management system to enable regular content updates. The Academy’s website is integrated with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system to manage the flow of leads to relevant departments.
