Objective Elite Translations Asia provides communication services (translation, transcription and interpretation) in most languages.
Based in Singapore, Elite Translations has representative offices, language partners and translators in major cities in the Asia Pacific region. As they continue expand their business, their legacy CRM platform was found to be inflexible and unable to scale to their growth. The need for productivity improvement and automation was key to enable Elite Translation's staff and partners to collaborate across the geographies they operate in.
Xpointo Media was tasked to review Elite Translation’s as-is business processes across their business entities and various service offerings, then help them migrate from their previous CRM to Salesforce Sales Cloud. The business goal in mind was to improve customer centricity and enable the employees and partners to be more productive through customisation and automation.
Solution Xpointo worked closely with various stakeholders from Elite Translation's sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to redesign processes enabled by Salesforce Sales Cloud to address operational pain points. The project involved data migration from the legacy CRM system, customisation and automation of marketing, sales, operations and partner management processes, and integration with third-party applications.
The solution delivered a functional and automated Sales and Operations process, extending the out-of-box Sales Cloud features for Lead Generation (integration with Wufoo), Project Management (proprietary third-party platform) and Finance (integration with Xero).
