Objective MSIG Singapore is a leading general insurer with over 100 years of experience and is one of the few global general insurers to have representation in every ASEAN country, a testament to its strength and reach. We were tasked to drive its social media presence and engagement, specifically via their Facebook and Twitter pages.
Solution We created content that showcased MSIG's various products and curated lifestyle-centric content relevant to the brand. With insurance generally perceived as a serious topic, we recognised the need to create more engaging content to appeal to the audiences on social media. Content such as product benefits, insurance-related articles and insurance infographics were first introduced on their Twitter page and then continued on their Facebook page.
